Well I was unhappy and unhealthy as it is, and started off with a bang, lost a fast 30-40 lbs, but since I got hit on my motorcycle about 7 months after, I havnt been able to lose anymore weight easily. I am always hungry gotten the band filled and everything, and yet I just feel like have to eat. Also have a heavy amount of depression in my life and being a depression eater makes it harder. So any tips tools and advice would be amazing
