Hello to everyone.  My name is Christina and I am a 39 year old mother of 5.  My children are ages 2,6,14,16 & 19.  I have been married for 19 years, and have been overweight for pretty much my whole life.  I weighed 175 as a senior in high school, and the numbers just kept climbing after that.  I honestly didn't see myself as overweight then.  I didn't really see myself as overweight until after my first child was born.  That is when the dieting and and roller coaster of unsuccessful weightloss attempts began for me.  I have been able to lose up to 50 lbs at least 3 times in the past.  I always thought I could do it on my own.  Obviously I couldn't, so here I am newly banded on 3.29.10 and I am so looking forward to being more active for my children, and discovering and living a healthier lifestyle not just for myself, but for my family.  I look forward to gaining support from this site and hope that I can also offer support as time passes for new bandees
