How are things going for you Trish? I am good... staying with the exercise trying to get more weight training in my routine. I have noticed the same thing, the restriction on my fill wasn't much and my weight loss is slowed down but I notice my pants falling off a little more and more! I made it through the holiday which was a good feeling. My next fill isn't until the second week in Aug. so he said the next 2 months are going to be a long road! Hope you are doing well!
