  3. im going to do a 'me too' to Sunshine2... :sad_smile: im staying on plan today cause this is the first time in a LONG time i've stayed on plan all week, cant break it now..
  4. thanks ladies ... today was a big day for me ... im in a dress from target ... size XL. i'll see if i can sneak into the bathroom and take a picture. i cant believe this journey. starting out Women's 6XL and im now wearing a ladies XL dress... wow!!

  8. i really have no idea what you guys are talking about i havent seen anything weird looking on these boards here for like ever some say that they cant read some peeples postings but i can read them just fine I See No Problems With Anything what are you seeing cause if you are seeing something im not seeing it you mean like that?

  12. i 'snack'... i usually call it 5-6 small meals (bowl of Cereal, salad, small lunch - maybe 1/2 frozen meal), almonds, small dinner, maybe WW dessert)... that's what works best for me.
  13. if you have an ipod there is an accessory that you can put in your cassette player, plug that into your ipod and you can listen to your ipod in the car. my DH has one and im sooooo jealous. (i dont have a cassette player and the radio frequency thingamabobs dont work for me)

  16. 2band, i eat 5-6 small meals a day (one 'meal' may be an ounce of almonds)... i am rarely hungry and it is working for me... i may give the BL club a try when i stop WW

Dawn, hope to see you there! that would be great!!! i did 2.1 miles yesterday (walking average 3.2-3.4 MPH) and today i did 3 miles (average 3.5 MPH)... tomorrow im scheduled to go 4 miles (have less than a month to build up to 9 miles :thumbup:) not sure if im going to make it ... sooooo tired...

  19. i think a lot of PS's throw it in... i agree, without it, you may look 'unfinished'... wouldnt hurt to ask.

  21. i did 3 miles today ... i cant believe how out of shape i've gotten during my recovery.... i honestly dunno if i can make the 4 miles tomorrow... seriously.
  22. well i walked 2.1 miles yesterday and didnt swell too horribly bad... going again today (have to be ready for my 15K in less than a month) neal - glad to see you post! karey - how did you do on the treadmill?
