  1. i am staying on plan today cause i can see results...
  2. karey, i think its more common than we think ... i am experiencing it somewhat myself... i thought i'd be perfectly happy with the gut gone, but now i just see more imperfections with every other part of my body (without the gut, i see the saggy horrible thighs)... even if we could fix everything (im noticing more lines in my face as well, my arms look like bat wings, etc...) i think we'll always find something wrong. always some slight (or not so slight - in our own mind) imperfection. we have to realize that not one person on this earth is perfect. from us here to the super models in the magazines (airbrush anyone???) i dont think counseling would be a bad idea at all.. good luck.. **hugs**
  3. OMG ... that is wonderful! CONGRATS!!!
  4. LMAO ... that is all.
  5. little miss BA, i think its all of those...
  6. dont worry about hearts ... she was just looking for a reaction ...
  7. ...and back ... again. pink for my fave color ... cause i loooooooooove(777)pink
  8. the bodybugg, like the band, is a phenominal tool. its really helped PUSH me ... and 24hour fitness runs sales on it all the time. time consuming - i've logged my food since banding, so no change there... Has it really helped you with your weight loss? yes, for the most part (almost 100 pounds since i bought it) Is it useless without the subscription to the online account? pretty much, yes Is is easy to use, such when entering your intake- can you easily find and enter in your food or do you have to keep track of your calories yourself and just enter a number? i dont use their food log, i use myfooddiary.com and just figure my deficit. Does it give you a target deficit or do you have to figure that out for yourself? you input how much you want to lose a week at the set up with however much you have to lose, but it takes care of the rest. Do you wear it everyday?? i did ... i've been really bad with it since my plastic surgery... (i was really inactive due to doctor's orders and didnt want to see HOW inactive i was...) i need to get going again.
  9. good luck everyone!!!

  16. im getting there Karey, thanks for asking. i just need to speed it up about .5 MPH and should be ok
  17. thank you soriminah.
  18. i believe Disney's point is that just because YOUR surgeon said it's ok for YOU to eat on day 6, does not mean that the original poster's surgeon will say it is OK. we are not here to tell newly banded people that it's OK to eat x days post op... WE DONT KNOW THAT. the post op diet is for healing, not to torture. anchor your band in place so it will not slip.
  19. i agree with most here - there is no need for an age limit to get healthy
  20. ahh, just found this thread. how did it go?

  23. personally, i take an NSAID when i have pain (mostly menstrual once a month if that)... but you do need to listen to YOUR doctor ...
