  8. thanks Honeybee.. i owe much of it to working my tail off at the gym in the beginning (i've slacked off lately and my weight loss shows) the TT & lipo was about 12,500 including 2 nights in the hospital (dr initially wanted one, but i had a fever and extremely low BP)... i didnt even pursue the insurance route, i just wanted it done and i had the funds to do it.
  9. im staying on plan tomorrow cause i know i can do it (and wednesday is weigh in day for me)
  10. 18 months is coming up. wow, i cant believe its been a year and 1/2. my life has changed so much!
  11. i only have one small area where i still have a scab and it looks like its about to come off any day now. my belly button also has a nasty scab ... it had a small one and i was playing with it (peroxide & q-tip) and poked a bit too hard i guess and it started bleeding ... guess i wont do that again. left side right side belly button
  12. we took clothed pics tonight, so i figured we'd take partially nekid ones too ... kinda discouraged about the swelling although it is going down... will post scar pics in my next post.
  13. TMI continued ... ummm yeah, one weird thing ... i now have some hair on my tummy ... not sure what im going to do about that ...

  18. yes, my weight went up even though he removed quite a bit from me. he also pumped me full of Fluid (over 4 liters during and after the op). try not to get discouraged (i know it's so easy to do)... swelling and weight will go down...

  20. i cannot imagine having the TT without the mons lift for me... they pulled my tummy down and my mons and hips up... my surgeon made me VERY VERY tight and there are days when im cursing his name cause its so tight, but ummm ... at night DH and i are singing his praises cause of the Mons Lift ... seriously though, my surgeon 'threw it in' ... so glad he did.

  23. like others have said, the band is a tool, not a cure all... you have to work with the tool and let it HELP you, not do all the work. eating right 95% of the time and working out as much as possible, that will help. good luck
  24. i used to put a hand towel under it and it helped with the moisture which eliminated the rashes. good luck
