  1. Thanks for your responses. I really appreciate the input from others. I had my first fill on Friday (Mar 13). I am over whelmed by the amount of information and do's and don't's. I am afraid of doing something that will damage my band or cause me problems. I am being careful but I'm not really sure what to consider hard or dense foods (other than meat) or what is soft food (other than pudding or yogurt.
  2. Hi, I am still working on understanding how this all works. A lot of info I've read is contradicting. After a fill, how do you decide when to start eating solid foods and how much is safe to eat? Thanks
