I'm sorry to say I know the feeling. Please know that my prayer for you is the hole in your heart turn into a scar. The hurt never goes away but it doesn't consume you forever - the gaping hole in your heart will turn into a scar - a scar that you still feel everyday. From my heart (with a scar) to yours, I wish you solice from pain and a flood of beautiful memories. I'm here if you need to vent/talk/cry.

It seems we're in the very same (and hungry) boat. I also gain 1lb this weekend and will be exercising this afternoon. Glad to be in such good company

Mrs. S~ Thanks. The holidays were hard: cheeses, crakcers, and soups go down toooooooooooo good. LOL. I'm back on track now and hoping to keep the scale moving. How are you??

Talk anytime you need. I truly understand, this December will be 6 years since my brother died (he was 24 yo and died in a motorcycle accident). Your sister sounds like she was the type of person that brighten a room as soon as she walked in. I also know that weight loss is very hard after during grief. So good job for all of your weight loss!!! Hope you have a good week.

That's great! It's always nice to say goodbye to those pounds forever. My good news is that I went to my PCP for a sinus infection yeserday and was taken off my blood pressure meds. This was one of my big goals and reasons to do the surgery. I just counldn't believe it happend so quick. Now I'm just hoping the lbs start flying off. Going to the beach for a week so I'll check in later.

update- the scale is moving again!!! Looks like the stall was from my sinus surgery (on 7/2/10) and body trying to recover from that. Its nice to know that my work isn't for nothing.

well hunger has set in....which means I'm healing well. I had eggs today with shredded cheese. I've movef on to more than 2oz. ...but still tolerating food well. WOW was it good. I been approved to have very well cooked veggies and very well cooked baked fish. Your weight drop seems to be going well. Keep up the hard work...the work is the mental part and I think you got it undercontrol. Hope you have a good weekend.:smile:

well since misery loves company..I'm here to report that the scale hasn't move in three days...annnndddd yesterday I went to tea with my daughter and two girlfriends. It was carb heaven....and of course I cheated. I haven't cheated since I got on my diet but I couldn't take it no more.
