This sounds like me i was banded April 23 and only down 30 pounds and recently from giving up on myself :wink5: i gained 5 pounds back sucks ubber booty!! i only have myself to blame though smh!! oh well what am i to do now!!! Ive had only 3 fills since surgery and i have no restriction whats so ever and i have not gone back to the doctor out of shame... :thumbup: So I just decided to get my ass in gear and start doing what i gotta do and at least lose those five pounds then i will go get a fill...........So far i pat myself on the back i been busting ass working out and eating the way am suppose to... So here is your kick in the ass.... no procrastinating and go and get a fill and do what you gotta do so we can do this!!!

Okay this is my first time doing a challenge i need to stay focus and motivated since i feel i fell off the wagon..... So i am so ready to do this!!!

Well i am glad i came across this cause i sure was feeling really down and out thinking i was the only one..... i was banded 4/23/10 and i have only lost 30 pounds since i started my journey. i have about 2 months that i have given up on myself and in doing that i have gained 5 pounds back. It has been 1 week that have shifted my thinking now and i am proud to say that i am getting back on the band wagon i have worked out for a week straight along with eating the way i am suppose to giving that fact that i have barely any restriction in my band.. I have told myself that i will need to do this on my own in order for me to get another fill......... Come on people we can do this!! It is just a tool and most of our issues our all in the brain that hold us back...... SO lets shift our minds and know we can do this!!! Remember we eat to live not live to eat!!!!!

I had the same problem, i went to the emergency room to get CT everything looked okay!!! What i do now is wear i something tight like my spanx to avoid my belly from bouncing around.... I haven't had that problem again!!!

Hello LB peeps, right now I feel so full!! I had my second fill on June 29th I currantly have 2.5cc in a 10cc band. All I had so far for Breakfast is: 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread 2tb natural Peanut Butter, and some slices of banana smashed on there... Is that too much food, and could I be stretching my pouch?

I drink an organic smooth moving tea and on the box it does say that it's a laxative hmmmm :thumbup:.. I wonder if that is bad for me????

okay thanks a bunch everyone! I feel so much better no one at work knows that I been banded, but one person which happens to be my best friend and we work together and she made me feel like i was a cheater for joining.....

Okay, at my job there doing this biggest loser challenge, and i was wondering if it was considered cheating to join because I am banded?

A little fustrated that I only got 1cc at my first fill appointment, and I have no restriction whats so ever... i have read a few threads on here about how some get like y like 2 or 3 cc's I don't get it:confused: I stick to eating my 1/2 cups of food, but I get hungry like an hour later any suggestions anyone????

WOW!!! I had my first fill on June 1 only 1cc doc said I had like to 2cc in my band right now from when they did surgery??? So, yup right now I feel no restriction what so ever........ that blows!!! Oh well I guess I just have to wait and see for the next fill on June 29th..

This helps a lot, I too was getting a little discourage but after reading this I know now that I am on the right track!!! I was banded 4/23/10 Haven't gained and I haven't lost. I am proud to say that on my own i was able to lose 24 pounds before my surgery.... =) Thank you Coloradobanding!!!
