    Well I'm another pound lighter!!! Finally after a week of workouts I've dropped another pound:clap2: I have 7 pounds to go to meet my March goal of 15lbs. I get my first fill on 3/28, I'm pushing to meet my goal by then:eek: !!

    Well for some strange reason I had to rush to the emergency room late last night. All I ate yesterday was about two tablespoons of tuna, six crackers, a teaspoon of fruit dip, two grapes three slices of strawberries and a few chips and dip. I started to feel the irritation on my left side at about 8pm, but that's not unusual. So at about 11:15pm I started to gag and burp up clear stuff constantly, so it got to the point that I was on my knees. I went to the emergency room and they drew blood and did an x-ray. The doctor said everything looked normal, but they're not that familiar with the lapband. I will tell my doctor on Wednesday, but I feel much better...I do feel a little weak. I really think I'm over doing it with the exercise, because last week as soon as I got off the treadmill I started gaging. I can't slow down my workouts...I need to lose four more pounds by the 31st.:faint: I see I lost another pound since yesterday, I probably burped it off! Anyway, type ya later.

    I am SO happy that 30 pounds are gone forever!!! I have lost my first 30 pounds!!!!! I am happy, happy!!!! Yea!!!! The pain I was having was/is air in my stomach too, so I bought the Mylanta Gas tablets and they REALLY WORK!

    It has been three weeks since I was banded and I feel good! Thank you Jesus!!! I just finished a MAJOR workout while listening to Beyonce's "Get Me Bodied"! I feel GREAT! My weight loss is a stand still, some silly plateau that I am getting ready to get rid of! I got pounds to lose and I don't need anything slowing me down! The good thing is I have gained any weight! I had Tilapia and roasted mashed potatoes last night for dinner, leftovers today for lunch and dinner! I thought I didn't have that much restriction, but I do. More than anything I want to drink liquids, so I'm always drinking my water. Fruit H2O is the best, it was one of my favs three years ago. Anywayyyyyyy, I'm goin to bed early!

    On yesterday I started the liquid phase again. I had the following:
     
    37 Grams of Protein w/ Flaxseed
    Multi-Vitamin
    Calcium
    Water
     
    And today I had:
     
    36 Grams of Protein
    Multi-vitamin

    It's New Year's Eve! Yay! I am so ready for 2012!!
     
    Okay today I:
     
    Ran 3 miles
    Had 42 gram protein shot mixed with one scoop of Isopure protein powder 25 grams, diet V8 Splash (a cup), ice and light Reddi Whip blended! So delish!
    Vitamins
    60oz of water

    Well it's been a month already and I am doing great! I went to Dr. Madan's office, but he wasn't there so I saw Dr. Tschansky (good doc too). He said my weight loss is really good and to keep it going. I was suppose start on my mushy stage today, but he said I can start eating solid food now. I was already eating mushy foods, so I can kick it up another notch. Well that's all for now.

    I met my March goal of losing 15lbs.!!!! It was tough, especially with the hospital visit and the gagging episodes. Nevertheless, I did it!!! I'm right on track to be at 160 by the end of June!!!! Miami here I come!!!! Okay, I have to get ready for CHURCH!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

    I can't believe I'm saying this, but I want to go back on liquids. As much as I hated being on liquids, I am going back. The nurse said I can always go back to liquids to regroup, so I am. I go see Dr. Madan this morning to see what is going on with this possible food being stuck thing! He is great and a hottie too! Well my appointment is at 9:00am, so I better start getting ready. Liquids here I come, again.

    I've lost two more pounds:clap2: yea:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: !!! I did walk three miles on yesterday and Saturday, so that contributed to the few pounds I lost over the weekend. I am happy!!! I'm back in my sexy jeans wooohooo!!!!

    Hello,
     
    I am now waiting on my test results, before I can get a surgery date. I need to know when it is so I can get prepared. School starts back up on January 16th and nothing will keep me from school! I called Nicole at Dr. Madan's office to see if I could get an approximate date, but she said I will have to wait a few more days. I wanna have it done on 1/8 or 1/9. I think I will feel good enough to go to school the following week. Anyway...I know I am ready for CHRISTMAS!!! YEA!!! Happy BIRTHDAY MESSIAH!!

    For the first time I jogged around the ENTIRE park. This isn't a flat park, it extremely hilly, so I made it a goal a long time ago to jog around it and I did it on yesterday:clap2: !!! Once I jogged I walked around it at a fast pace to complete my 3 1/2 miles for the day. 4 pounds to 1DERLAND!!!!

    I am so happy that I'm living in 1DERLAND for the rest of my life!!! However, I didn't meet my April goal of 10 pounds (lost 9), so I will have to kick up for May. My goal for May is to lose 15 pounds, plus the 1 pound from April, so 16 pounds for the month of May:omg:! I can do it!!! I plan on doing more running than speed walking and no more RUFFLES:mad: !

    After a good workout on yesterday, I noticed I lost another pound:clap2:. I have 9 pounds to lose for my April goal and 8 pounds to go before I move to Onederland!!! I will continue to work it out this week to drop, drop and drop!
