The first time I went to WW, I weighed 125 lbs. and thought I was overweight. Stayed an average size until that ugly time period women go through when they get older. Gained 80 lbs. Kept it on for 10 years, just could not get rid of it. Tried every diet out there but could not stick to any. Finally, decided that I had to do something for my health.
