  1. Not so good!!! I need to be held accountable or weigh in somewhere or something. I do the exercise part great. I really enjoy working out. But, the food thing has always been my struggle. I think I need to get better educated on the carbs and portion sizes and the counting calories thing too. I will be routing for you. Let me know how it goes! Good luck.
  2. Eye on the prize.. kudos, that was well said. I don't mind the diet part. It would give me extra time to lose weight before the surgery. I am just really looking forward to unzipping the fat suit and getting the help I so badly need in order to do that. It's nice to know other people on here are doing the same thing I am at the same time. It's a great support tool. Did you start your diet yet?
  3. Hi everyone, I am new as well. I started my process in January and have been through most of my doc's requirements. I am waiting to hear from insurance. I have a previous 6 month diet with metobolic research center and If insurance excepts that then i am a go for surgery. If not, then I need to finish out my monitored diet with my doctor. I have 4 months left. So, June would be my month. I am ok with either option but, I would really like to know now what to expect. It's hard to wait.
