    Way to goooo!!! You are on your way to a new life, and new life style!!!! Just follow the rules as closely as possibly and the results will be so rewarding... not that it will always be easy. But it is worth the work!!!

    That seems rather odd that we could do this preop without cheating a little, in fact, if it was that easy not to.... I don't think we would need the extra help in the first place. You'll be fine. Everything will be flushed out before surgery!!
