  1. I was sleeved Tuesday 6/23 and am losing almost 3 pounds a day. I came home on Wednesday and I weighed 264.8 and Sunday morning (today) I weighed 253.1 I have struggled with energy and cannot stand a protein shake - have enjoyed high protein milk. I am on puréeds today but have only had 8oz of milk and one cup of coffee. Might try cream of wheat after while. Walking 6,000 steps on my Fitbit everyday. Going pretty good so far!
  2. Just had my surgery yesterday and am on full liquids. I have walked at the hospital before discharge - and have made 3 stops with my wife and walked. I have had 18 oz of clear liquids and 16 oz of fat -free milk. A little tired but not much gas or pain
  3. Had surgery yesterday and was discharged at 9:15am this morning. I feel good right now and things are going down better second day. I haven't had pain meds since 12 yesterday afternoon. I was put on full liquids and drank fat free milk with 13 grams of protein in it that my doctor likes without problem. Have walked at 7 am this morning for 5 minutes. I literally could go to work tomorrow if I wanted. Glad to help if anyone has any questions.
  4. A little more gas than I had with band , but less soreness. Its way easier to get around, in and out of chair and bed. I just used the bathroom and walked for about 5 minutes.
  5. Surgery at 7am, came out of surgery at 8:30. Doc said everything went well. Pain was primarily gas I believe. I refused pain killer about and hour ago at 4pm. I have slept most of the day but got up and used the bathroom and walked down the hall earlier. I have already 12 oz of water and a sugar free Popsicle. Sitting up in the recliner watching TV in my room about to use bathroom and walk again. Pain was earlier but already subsiding, gas pain way worse than the soreness . I feel fortunate I would be happy to share my experience or answer questions!

  10. I am 45 year old male 5'10 /260 pounds with a failed band. Very apprehensive about revision surgery. I have cancelled my date twice and was ready to go June 7 but my doctor has to cancel and reschedule for June 23. Beginning to second guess this decision. I know several people that have had great success. Any advice is welcome!
