Home today after Surgery.

Had surgery yesterday and was discharged at 9:15am this morning. I feel good right now and things are going down better second day. I haven't had pain meds since 12 yesterday afternoon. I was put on full liquids and drank fat free milk with 13 grams of protein in it that my doctor likes without problem. Have walked at 7 am this morning for 5 minutes. I literally could go to work tomorrow if I wanted. Glad to help if anyone has any questions.

Pink- very good have lost 33 pounds and 5 inches off my stomach and 1.5 off my neck. I can tolerate any food just not much of it. Sweets are the past as it doesn't taste good anymore. Definitely a great move for me. I sleep better , sweat less, and knees hurt less already. Not to mention clothes are draping off of me

Encouraging!
