I am 5 days out and there is nothing better than broth with lots of flavor.but I have found don't make it too hot or too cold

I did my preoperative surgeon visit today and lost 13.5 pounds so far on my liquid diet my surgery is august18 I am nervous and excited!

That's awesome I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure and my surgery is August 18 I hope it helps me as well.

I swear. By metamucil I didn't go for 17 days and then took metamucil and it worked so I swear by it
