Hey there, what type of pre-op diet are you doing?

Just know that you are a strong person to have not eaten your own arm. I tried it for a day and didn't last till dinner. My doctor didn't recommend it so maybe the motivation was not there. But eventually they say it doesn't hurt as bad. You can make it through! Try and remember that it makes for a safer surgery. Sorry I couldn't be of more help :-( but I M rooting for you both!!
