Hi Kelly! You are doing great Just wanted to touch base and see how everything was going! I saw that you are at your sweet spot, that's awesome! How many cc's are you up too? I go in for my 5th fill and have just under 4.5cc's in my band. I'm hoping to get another 1 cc on Thursday to get to my sweet spot.

Hey, how are you holding up ?

Hey there! I'm feeling good. I'm down 20lbs and I've started a running program. I start soft/mushy foods on Tuesday which I'm looking forward too. My 1st fill is scheduled for 9/3.

You are getting close to your appointment! How are you feeling?

I had to do a 6 month supervised diet/ insurance requirement before I could have the surgery. This has been a LONG journey since Feb. to get the surgery. It does go by fast though, I promise!

I'm feeling pretty good, I'm 8 days out now. I'm going in for my post-op follow up tomorrow, so we'll see what the doctor says!

Melissa, I had 3 stitches for the hernia too I'm out of the hospital, I only had to stay over 1 night. How are you doing?

Hi Amanda! Things have been a roller coaster since surgery. I ended up having a hernia when they went in, so my recovery is taking longer than expected. I can not wait to start feeling better and getting ready to lose this weight.
