  1. Christine, Thanks for your offer. You are so sweet. The more I learn the more confused I get. I can't believe how many hoops they make you jump through. Just wondering if I should get it done in IL in case there are problems. Hope the new band is working out great for you. Jade
  2. What a great price! Who was your doctor? Would you recommend him/her? DId you also have to pay for consult with a psychologist, nutritionist, pulmonologist, etc? I am in Il and in addition to the cost they want me to pay for visits to all these extra mds. Thanks. Jade
