  1. Hi Everyone, I am new here. I am seriously considering lapband surgery and have contacted a local hospital in regards to this. I am so depressed because of my weight. I have lost 67 pounds in the past then menopause hit, gaining back all that weight plus some more. It would be easier to accept this if I were a "couch potato" but I exercise all the time and watch what I eat and the scale isnt moving. My clothes have become tight and I am just so disgusted with myself. I look for support and I hope that I have found the right place:smile: Lisa
