I am so glad you asked about age. I too have been wondering about age. I turned 59 in Jan. Started the process 11/09 -still have two required doc appts then the wait for insurance approval. I can hardly think of anything else... but becoming a bandster. I read all the new threads every night- trying to get as much info as possible. So many valuable resources out there that are able to help us through this. It is a journey...good luck Any one from Michigan? :wink2:

I am 59, waiting to have my cardiac stress test next week. My insurance calls for 6 months of being followed by my physician. Oh the hoops we jump through. I can hardly wait to be banded. I'm from MIchigan and it is cold cold and icy..
