I did the reset, I’m going back to basic of three meals a day no more than 8oz and a supplement for in between. It works, I lost 9lbs.

I’m on my 4th day of the 10 day pouch reset, it’s been good for me. I’m feeling better and trying to break the bad habits I picked up. I down 4lbs. I know it’s just water weight, it makes me happy that I’m putting my needs first.

I regained 25pounds after 2 years. I feel like I’m starting over again. Need a buddy, I’m here. Need the support.
