Just checking in to see how things are going...

I am doing well. The bowels are having some difficulties but I am working on it. Someone suggested Gas-X. Will have to go out and purchase!

Ok 7 days in...I am counting them! Trust me! Not easy when going to Olympic events, walking and watching people eat smokies and stuff! I want to rip their faces off. Too much??

I have so much more energy. I did have to put a little oil in my salad and had a small piece of salmon! I was feeling sick! I did start my own little blog on livestrong.com Very cool to express your feelings! Yours is looking fantastic and you are doing amazing! I know its hard but keep it up! Less than a week away...getting excited and nervous!

I think it is easier if you go to the Vancouver Bandster's and post your questions...I am trying to figure all of this stuff out myself!

I am nervous as well...I start my Meditrim on Wednesday! I read some of these blogs and think I am crazy for doing this! I have tried and tried and tried so many diets and even working out...NADDA! This will be a tool for me to get healthier! Stay positive and keep me posted on the progress!
