  1. I got my band on 5/20. My surgeon has me on a 2 week clear liquid diet.... Has anyone really stuck to that for a full two weeks. By day 3, I tried some creamy Soup, like cream of broccoli and did pretty good with it. And I am still having some type of contracting type feeling, which I haven't eaten anything to get stuck or anything, but was wondering is this just a feeling that will go away or what was going on... Anyone have this. It's not awful and seems to be going away not experiencing it as much as before, but I hope it doesn't come back when I start trying to eat real food. At first I was like WHOA what have I done??? Kinda got depressed because the relationship I have with food changed so drastically, but am now loving it. Looking forward to getting on with it. :tongue2:
