    I am looking to have the lap band surgery done and do not have insurance. Can anyone tell me what the arizona doctors are charging? The only one I have had any contact with is Dr. Simpson in Phoenix. I have seen Dr. Blackstones website as well. Also, can someone direct me to some kind of financial assistance for this endeavor? Any comments are welcome. Thanks Nicole
