    Have you had one since then? For some people it requires quite a few fills. It took me about 6 I think. I used to have it in my signature but took it out. I do have 9.5cc in a 11cc band.

    If you could please share with us your band history it may help us provide you with constructive opinions.

    Edit: I am home now where I had my fill info in a text file. It was 6 fills for me with the first being the largest.

    1st fill 5/29/12 5cc

    2nd fill 6/12/12 1cc

    3rd fill 7/02/12 1cc

    4th fill 8/14/12 1cc

    5th fill 9/4/12 1cc

    6th fill 1/29/13 .5

    I go in 3 weeks


  4. We need to be friends..I been banded for three yrs I was 220 and got to 160 but got off track and gained 20 (bad chioces) i could use a good friend for inspiration. Plus I just increased my band fill to 7.2 and really like to know if anyone else is t the same fillð

    That's me too ! Have not had a fill in over a year! I get starving between meals ! Can still eat fast ! So I need a fill. Was 241 now I am 156 give or take. I need to lose 25 more

    I love my vodka !!!! I just has sooo many calories

    It makes my back feel soo much better


  6. Never gave it much thought....I have a drink now and then' date=' especially when we go out.... a glass of wine most nights at home, and on occasion, like last weekend, a few beers....

    I also go to the gym 5 days a week at 5:30am....run 5 miles, do weights but not as much as before....THEN I have my Breakfast which is a high Protein smoothie....

    Sit in the sauna for 30 minutes, then whirlpool for 15....

    I do not have any significant sagging skin issues...

    What it all came down to is that I used to overeat, could not control myself... and was unable to be active....that's why I was Obese and very unhealthy.....now I eat about 1/3 of what I used to, and exercise often....I don't count calories, don't measure portion sizes (let the band do that)

    My Dr. informs me there is no weight left for me to loose...if I did it would not be the healthy kind....

    I'm 61 years old, had one heart attack a few years back, resulting in cardiac surgery....WAS a diabetic, HAD high blood pressure, cholesterol, you name it....ALL that is behind me now.[/quote']

    You look awsome !! Yes as well I would just eat and eat !! Would eat all bad stuff ' chips dips fast food !! You name it I ate it ! I do now have sagging spare tire. I was 241 now 155-158!give or take. My dr said I could loose 10 to 15 more but that's it. I have not gained in 2 years. I do need a fill. I am getting really hungry between meals. I have started back to the gym. I want to be able to run 5 miles like you. But it will take me a while !! My dr says I don't need to count either

The thing with alcohol is that it can hide huge amounts of calories and unless you know exactly how many calories sit on your mojito' date=' chances are that you're consuming more than you think, plus it sucks to workout the next day. I'm not saying not to go out and have fun but be aware that you're gonna have to workout or eat extra clean the rest of the week in order to compensate and still lose weight.[/quote']

    Well looks like I need to limit it to once and a while ' I feel imbarassed to say I have been having drinks every night to make my back feel better. No wonder I don't loose. And I need a fill ! Today I have been starving between meals

  11. I am confused ! I see people that say no more then one cup of food ! If I only eat 1 cup I am not full !! So i guess I may need a fill ! Plus I am getting hungry between meals. I also need help with some new ideas for breakfasts and lunches. !! And how much is everyone excersise ? I need to get refocused ! About 25 to goal. Have not has a fill in year ! Going at the end of this month.


  12. Ok I need some help ! I had my bad almost 4 summers ago ! But I have gotten sloppy the last year or so ! So I need some help to regroup a s Starrt over ! I am wondering who has gone through this and what you did !!! I was 240 lbs now I am 158 or a little more give or take I have 25 more ! How can I just re group and get back on track ! Tell what so e of you have done and eaten to get back on track !
