  1. Need to get re motivated for excersise ! I have fallen off bad ! I was thinking of triing hip hop abs from beach body and try 45 min 4 x a week at the gym. Does anyone have any suggestions other then get over the excuses of working 2 jobs and no time. ? I need to get toned again I am 150 was 241 at my heaviest ! HELP ! Maybe I need a buddy

    No I hate dietes. I will just go back to no carbs

    Mt issue is at night I want sweet. Any ideas ?


  3. Mine is pretty much the same' date=' too.

    The only difference is that my port now sticks out all the time so it's impossible to miss lol.

    Mine also checks the Fluid in the band too, to make sure there's no leaks. (it's just a precaution)

    I've had fills as big as 2cc at the beginning and as small as .1cc. I'm actually going in today for my first fill in 9 months and suspect it'll only be .2cc or .3cc fill.[/quote']

  4. Well i have an appointment with my surgeons asst tomorrow. I am prob getting the .05 put back in that I had taken out ! I feel I can eat too much like tonight had a tiny pile of Pasta ( once in a while thing ) a half of a pork chop and and a small ear of corn. Just think I need more in. Don't think i found that sweet spot yet. Ugh

    Almost 4 Years later ! Ugh I am broken. I can eat bread as well ! I feel lien a idot. I was 241 at my highest. Now I am 154 I am tricking to get to 140 but I am not budging ! Ugh

    Yes that's how I feel now ! I do eat Breakfast and then a snack and a tiny lunch even if I hungry by then and dinner ' and usually by dinner time after I eat I am full. Last night I had a treat. I had 3 chicken wings and I was full. Did not want any more. lunch yesterday I had three deli meat wraps. And that's was good for hours. Just triing to get more ideas with protien foods that are dense
