I had my second fill like 3 weeks ago and i am at a big platau and i cant seem to get out and i am sooooooooooooo upset !!! i am going to the gym 4 days a week !!!! maybe i am not eating enouh calorie !!!!!!

I need to get back on track !!! christmas and today ugggggg ate stuff i normally do not eat!!! So glad the holidays are almost over!!! back on my plan tomorrow!!!! will need a fill when i go back in feb!!! I have lost 40lbs since aug 16th!! but i really do not have a lot of restriction and i am getting soooooo frustrated!!
