  1. I had my first fill yesterday..and I can TOTALLY feel a difference! THANK GOODNESS!!!! I am having trouble getting in all my Water but other than that all is good so far. I did try to eat a little bit of chicken and then I started to feel really sick :drool:and got tight so I STOPPED QUICKLY so I didn't get sicker. I have lost a total of 29.5 lbs since sugery and I am feeling GREAT! Working out 4 times a week, and just trying to do things right! It's not as hard as some say, I mean, we did this for a reason right, so stick to it!
  2. I was banded on the 4th, and so far so good...I have lost 26 lbs since surgery, however I am feeling NO restriction now and I feel like I am living on willpower alone which is getting tough. I am still making good decisions as far as food goes and I am starting back at the gym tomorrow, but I would LOVE a little restriction! My first fill is March 8th!
  3. I am sheduled for surgery on Feb 4th and my Dr. does not require a pre-op diet. However, this does make me a little nervous! I have read and heard that your post-op diet will pretty much put your body in shock if you don't do anything before...is that true? Anyway, could those of you share with me your pre-op diets so I can do something. I went out and got a container of Protein shake to start today. Also, for those of you that did not have to do the pre-op diet do you wish you would have? Thanks in advance! (Nervous bandster!)
  4. I am not required to do a pre-op diet, but I was thinking it may be a good idea to do something...I was thinking about going to buy some Protein shakes to get started that way a little. Quite honestly, it makes me a little nervous that so many others have to do the pre-op diet and I don't ...I wonder why that is ...frustrating. On another note, I am getting so nervous
