    Hi everyone, I wanted to let everyone know, i have been reading the forum for over 4 months, but this is my first post!! Great community and great info. I was banded last week - 2-23-2010. SO FAR doing great, and already down 16 lbs between the pre-op diet and the surgery!! So i thought i would just say hi to everyone, and keep up the great site, and great results!! :w00t::scared2:
