  1. I am in Lewistown, right in the middle of the state. Thanks for the well wishes! Kim
  2. I just found this site and was really excited. Great to have this format to talk about stuff! I have had my band for about 5 weeks (done in Mexico) and haven't had anything go amiss. If I didn't have the little scars on my stomach I wouldn't think they remembered to put it in! Looking for someone to do my fills and having a bit of a problem. I am a nursing student in a small town in Montana and not too many options (none so far) I have a friend that is a PA and I have a phone call in to see if she will assist me in learning how to do this so I can do it myself. I strongly feel I should have it done with a floroscope the first time to assess the position correctly. I would hate to have the needle pierce the tubing and have to have the thing removed! Wish me luck! Kim
  3. I had this surgeon do my Lap-band and he was great! The nurses were wonderful and I haven't had any probs. I experienced no bruising, nausea or discomfort. I felt totally comfortable with him and his assistant. I am a nursing student that is graduating in May so I was very critical on the whole procedure but couldn't find anything amiss! The care I got was above and beyond the type of care I have experienced in the states. Good Luck with your weight loss endeavors!
