Today is my 3 months anniversary,:whoo: and im down 39.8lbs:clap2: i think i'm doing good would like to lose more but it took me 15yrs to put the weight on so i can do this. People ask me if im going to get my band remove once i lose the weight and i say never i love my band i wish i got it when i was born.

Do you have crystal light in australia? i like drinking that stuff in my water so im wondering if i should bring some with me in april or will i be able to get some there.

Its a weird feeling my legs don't feel like that, but my belly and my back are jello. How much does your skin shrink? i just hope i dont have skin down to my knees.

What happens to it i lost 35lbs and my fat feels more like jello its weird but what happens to it where does it go??

I use to like my diet pepsi but since i got the band havent tryed it im too chicken. Now all i drink is water and crystal light.

What about on a piece of bread and cut it in four after you get small piece of pizza.

Getting a head of my self too but its giving me something to look forward too so i email one dr in calgary he wants $8200. wow i cant believe it.

What clinic are you using in Toronto? can they refer you to someone? I'm sure your not the only person in Halifax to get the band, we just need to find out where they go. Did you call a couple of clinic and ask them? andrea

I use medicard from Dr C webpage, im happy i did it but i should of when and see what the bank was offering i got 16000 over 5 years so i made one payment and refinance my house no way in hell i will pay 250$ interested a month. hope that helps you.

I use Dr C and he lets my family doctor do the fills, he might have doctor's in BC I know he as some in Alberta and other places.
