Today Feb 1 2008 is my 6 months anniversary and i hit 58lbs lost this morning, there is no way i could of done this without the band (I love my band). My husband did give up pepsi, going to the gym everyday he lost 12lbs so far in one month, im so proud of him. I might get him to take a picture today before i have to go to work.

I got this letter today in the mail. Dear Ms. Richards In response to an inquiry by Archie Lang, MLA for porter creek centre made on your behalf on November 19 2007, I am pleased to inform you that since I last wrote to you, there have been some changes in Canada with regard to lap band surgery. Provinces and Territories were previously reluctant to insure this procedure doe to the lack of long term outcome studies that would support the efficacy of the procedure. However, over time more and more jurisdictions have begun to insure the procedure. We have recently confirmed that Alberta insures this procedure and that Yukon patients being referred that would be placed on the wait list for lap band surgery. If you are interested in pursuing this procedure in Alberta your physician will have to complete a referral for the weight wise program. Here is the link to the Alberta health web page where your physical can download the referral form: Capital Health - Health Professionals Prevous correspondence indicates you were considering having this procedure performed at a private facility. Should you decide to go that route the department is unable to provide any reimbursement to you. In order to have this procedure insured by the Yukon Health Care insurance plan, it must be performed within the publicly funded health care system in Canada.

Well i never want to go true what i did the past 3 days,:cry its was bad can i take to much fiber? i got benifiber and fiber sure not sure wish one is better but im going to make it my daily vitamines.

I need help so bad i could cry, I think i really need to go and see a doctor but im to embarrace. Do fiber help you go to the bathroom? cause its not working here i have taking 4 laxative in the past 24hrs now im drinking milk i really dont know what to do any ideas?

What is wrong with people why can't they be happy for us? There is this one girl we use to party together, she is skinny but anyways you could tell she likes to have the fat friend (use to be me) now she as a other fat friend fatter then me )around her, so anyways i have lost 43lbs to date and not one time did she say anything about it no questions nothing. My boss told me if someone can't tell i loss weight they are blind. I think its really hard for some people to be happy with change. Sorry about your friend but she as issues she needs to work on her self.
