Today is my 3 months anniversary,:whoo: and im down 39.8lbs:clap2: i think i'm doing good would like to lose more but it took me 15yrs to put the weight on so i can do this. People ask me if im going to get my band remove once i lose the weight and i say never i love my band i wish i got it when i was born.

Congratulations! You are definitely doing something right! And you are right about the band. I have had mine for just a couple weeks but I wish I had done this years ago before the knees and back went bad!
