Being out shopping today got some fat fee gavy and chicken & vegy broth and wonton broth and some no sugar added and fat free popcicle they are pretty good. I got a new blender ( not sending that one to salvation army) and i got some banana food flavor to put in my optifast please let me know if there is anything else i should get thanks andree

I have discover this new drink, i love it its matcha ( green tea) it's made with ice and water and a large one as 118cal can i still drinking it? i dont do coffee or tea all i drink is one of those a day and lots of water and crystal light. andree

The nurse told me the tt is not cover, but i did get a breast reduction about 10 years ago and it was cover. all i had to do what to tell the doctor my neck hurts and my back. So I'm going to check into the tt but its not going to for a while since my surgery is not until Aug 1.

so i will be getting on the plane on July 30, at 7am get to Vancouver around 930am leaving for Toronto around 2pm my question is can i bring my magic bullet on the plane with me as my carie on? what can i do im going to need to eat sometimes that day.

I'm sure bought clinic are really good, people just have to go with who they trust more and for me was talking to Dr. C calling me at home meant lots. as for a nurse doing the fill well Dr. C did find a Dr. here in Whitehorse to do the fill. As for the emails well i was really surprise when i got a email from him, i really didn't think he was writing his own email so i call the clinic and the lady at the desk told me he does answer his own email :omg:. Everyone as done so well from bought clinic.

My family doctor dont usally remember my name lol but Dr. C make time to call people at home or email them. I have never meet anyone like that. I really believe if i have a problem with my band i will be able to find him and he will help me, not just take my money and run away.

Im going to trust Dr. C to do my surgery cant wait to meet him.

Was anyone scare to fail the band? I'm really not scare of the surgery, I'm really scare I'm going to be the one person its not going to work for. I want to loss weigh so bad, but i always think what if is that normal?

I haven't receive the package yet, but i only book my surgery on Friday night. i did get a email yesterday from the clinic asking me to fill out the questionnaire so thats done. So when u order optifast how many weeks do you need to order? how long does it take sorry to say but Canada post is not the best. Does anyone have any tips for the prep diet since i will be on holidays during that time? i think i better keep my self busy cleaning my house or something. Well this guy was looking for a date so i set him up with a friend of mine so what ever they didn't click but tonight he told me she was overweight well she not, so then he tells me that i am fat because I'm lazy i am so mad i could smack him. I told him to go back to school and if he thinks I'm fat because i sit at home and don't do nothing his got me wrong and he told me well its a lack of exercise. so then i told him if someone gets up in the morning and go to the gym that me. Yeah but the total process took about 4 months as we applied from Canada. Then when the cheque finally came we had to wait another 6 weeks for the bank in Canada to clear the funds from Australia

My husband is Australian and under Australian law, superannuation funds ( RRSP ) are locked in until your retire. You can apply to have some funds released for medical treatment. To get some funds released for medical treatment you need a letter from your family MD and another from the specialist doctor both saying they recommend you have the surgery as your health is at risk. My family doctor did me a letter however TLBC wouldn't. When I asked Dr. Cobourn he was more then happy to help.
