    dr. quilici in burbank just pulled a fast one on me. I had hernia surgery back in Oct. that was suppose to be covered 100% because he is an IN NETWORK surgeon..well I get a bill for $575 for a OUT OF NETWORK ASSISTANT. Before you get surgery with him be sure to get something in writing stating that his assitant is IN network...because just when you think everything is fine you will get hit with a bill in the back end. Without even knowing.
