Pacomomma, I met with Dr. Kwon first at the Lafayette house Resturant he gave a free chatt about the surgery he was wonderful but he was out of state and my insurance gave me a bit of a time with Dr. Abkin in my plan and in my state. how was the day did he make you sleep over he had mentioned he has some stay the night? Well girls/guys my son Michael turned 18 and its the first time ever I didn't spend his birthday with him, he is in college and is 6 hours away. he goes to Slippery Rock University 45min north of Pittsburgh. We did visit him over the weekend the whole gang, grandparents and uncles, cousins, and my ex-husband and his family. what a great time. you all will proud to know FOOD was not my comfort this time. It was strange. I decided when I got the band I was going to truly change no matter how hard it was and I told my husband when I felt blue and felt like I wanted to eat or cheat. he was going to have to make L*ve to me to get me thru it.. he wanted to know why we didn't get the lap-band sooner!!!!!!!!!!! big smile and a wink LOL if it wasnt for this thread and all the support. All the menu's are great and very interesting its seems as long as it works for you thats all that matters. my choices change every day. I dont have a set plan but I measure everything I dont eat any more than 4 oz. I dont drink until at leat 30 mins has passed. usually by the time the dishes are done and the leftovers cleaned up I make my self a cup of decaf tea. I like cream of wheat. I got the big box and cooks in 2 1/2 mins. but I noticed I cooked to much, so I sucked up the price and got the 1 serving size. it works out really good for me. I never thought I would buy cases of water, but it's easier for me than gallons. when I shopped it was always BJS or COSTCO so you know the sizes but, my husband and I decided it would be good if I got single derving for my self to help with the protion :hungry: control. hope that helps..have a enjoyable evening.
