  1. Im in Bandster Hell right now too. I am managing to lose slowly though and it's because I'm eating protein like crazy. It keeps me fuller, longer. Though, I'm still eating more than I should! I go walking every day, 30 minutes. I think that's helping me lose/maintain during this awful time.
  2. Hello, I use GNC Pro Performance 95. Its Soy and has no sugar or carbs. It mixes pretty well!
  3. Hey, sorry to see you're having such a terrible time. I know what it's like to move away and get off track of your goals. I know this is cliche but I always tell myself that I won't let something control my emotions. Example, something like moving, or whatever is bothering me. As far as exercising; maybe you can go exploring. Go to a mall and walk up and down, or find a cool park and go jogging with other people. You can make the best of your new city by exploring and staying active. Thats what I'm doing right now. I hope this helps! Good luck, and congratulations on your losing 70lbs!!!!
  4. Aww, I hope everything works out. I know it's tough, but it'll get better! Good luck, and I wish you much continued success.
  5. I know what you are going through. I was morning the loss of my old life before surgery. However, I was just banded 4 days ago and I'll tell you; I have NO desire to eat anything I used to like. I have this fear I'll bust my stitches or something if I eat too much, or not as directed by my doctor. That is a real motivator for me! Hope this helps.
