Which proteins work best?

that is supposed to say "enough restriction" oops -
hi i am trying to find out which meats/proteins are best to fill us up? I have had 4 fills and the dr said i have enpoig restriction but must be eating incorrectly, since I still get hungry. So i am wondering which proteins work best for all of you? Thanks!

1st fill 3 1/2weeks after surgery???

At my 2 week post op appt, i told the dr. i was HUNGRY all teh time. She listened to the description of what was going on and filled me with 1cc at 2 weeks!!! I hav ehad no ill effects from it and am losing well. I am not quite at the sweet spot yet, but very close after 4 fills. Good luck! :wink2: -
