  1. I was sleeved by Dr. Alvarez on May 11 this year, only 3 weeks post-op. I was extremely impressed by him and his staff. He is very professional and the staff was as well. They all make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The hospital is older but the rooms have been up dated, the placed is spotless, the nurses all wear white uniforms, and you have a "personal assistant" so to speak that will interpret for you and anyone that goes with you. I haven't had any issues, at all, everything has gone so smooth and Dr. Alvarez is available by email or phone with anything you may need. He keeps in touch with his patients via email and facebook, and they have a reunion every year for everyone to get together (Dr. Alvarez is there also).:thumbup1:
