Hello, my name is Melissa and I live in Madison, Wisconsin. I am very interested in the Lap Band surgery. I have not found a surgeon, or even seen a doctor about it yet. I am looking for the very best place to have the surgery done, by the very best doctor, whether my insurance covers it or not. All I know is that I'm sad, I'm fat, and I know I can't live like this anymore. My life is just passing by and I'm miserable. My husband has said that we will do it - insurance or not. Now to find the best place/doctor. Hopefully this will be a good place for me to start. Nice to meet you all
