I love the bassett team. I just had a revision from my lapband to an rny. It's been a long struggle for me. The band was just not the right tool. Dr heneghan did both of my surgeries.

Just read an old thread from you...still don't have the hang of this site. Hope ur doing well Keep in touch....Ignorrrrrrrrre everyone! Only you matter! I agree it is nice to be on this journey with such caring people....

i'm doing very well down 67 pounds since surgery im down 47 pounds and you no what the way i feel right now i would'nt care if i did'nt lose another pound. well okay maybe thats not true but im doing aswome my surgery was march 18th never vomited or anything bread i cant eat but you no what its not the best for ya anyway. i've totally changed the way i eat and i walk almost 3 miles and go to the gym for an hour just about every day. you look good ill post pixs soon.

I have stopped loosing and keep gaining the same weight over and over, then loosing, etc. its nuts!

thats okay everything went well. this thursday april 8th will be three weeks and ill be able to eat real food again still on my puree diet. doing very well done 22 pounds since surgery altogether down 44 pounds what a differnece in my legs and so fourth. im so glad i did this never feel sick or anything they say we could have. well keep in touch and good luck with your wait stay strong it will come fast.

thanks and i had to lose 12 pounds before surgery but had no pre op diet lost 27 before suregy 16 now after surergy im on mushy for one more week also there goes my easter dinner. im having protien shakes, baby food jello, apple sauce, ive had mashed potatoes one with gravy. but doing pretty good

Wow..you must have lost a lot on the pre-op diet...I only lost 3 lbs on pre-op and 10 lbs since surgery. I am scheduled for my first fill on April 16. What are you eating these days? I'm on mushy for one more week, then back to regular foods. I'm back to my ole self also, in fact I'm feeling pretty good. My clothes are fitting better, so I'm happy. Happy Easter to you too!

totally feel like my self with out all the leg and knee pain from my weight. im down 14 pounds since surgery making that a total of 41 pounds lost. how are feeling. have a great easter

lost 14 pounds since surgery its two weeks this thursday i can say doc told me i can go back to gym. i love the band dont even feel like its there. lol well have a good easter.

hows things going with you im down 14 pounds since surgery 42 pounds all togetheth his thursday will be two weeks loving it i have one more week before i can chew my foods and to think all my family is comming to my house for easter . anyway just wanted to check in with you have a great easter.

doing very well now. no more gas pains feel like myself again a tinyy bit sore once in a while by incesions but thats normal and they look really good. i think im not going to see any of them but the big one and thats looking good. i'm on the pureed diet for 12 more days and its killing me have no problems with anything going down either the best thing i could of done with myself but it stinks watching my family eat the good stuff pizza hut hamburgers pork chops lol. lost 27 before surgery and 13 pounds since surgery and its only been 10 days yay 40 pounds all together.

How are you doing post-surgery? I'm doing pretty good - finally over the worst of the gas, and back to losing weight. 11 more days of liquids before I get to sink my teeth into something but I'm getting used to it and starting to learn to ignore the hunger! First fill not until 5/1 - hope I can hold out on the diet when I go back onto real food!
