  1. I had my band done in "08" I've only lost 35 pounds. I set back and wonder why I have by lost hat much weight. After you read this give me our thoughts. I try o work out during my break I drink sodas I dning out a lot. My Breakfast is a Protein Bar or a quaker oat meal. My lunch some ink of a Soup or some type of a salad. For dinner soup or meat with veggie. Restaurants we at: taco bell, chick fila- chelinos,Mac Donald's,braums, Santa Fe weak house,mackeys,long John's slivers. I don't eat fried foods. And I don't eat torilla so please help I need to lose 50 pounds by July. Thank you invance. .

    I can't drink Protein drinks when I do I through up.

    My doctor tells us to eat healthy, take a Multi-Vitamin, and exercise. Works for me.

    I usually have one of the following for breakfast. Yogurt w/a tablespoon of granola, warmed 1/4 cup of fat free milk with 2 tablespoons of granola, cup of cheerios, Cereal bar, a couple of pieces of fat free cheese, cream of wheat, oatmeal, or a peach crisp that I make with instant oatmeal and


  3. Hi, Elcee, thanks for asking. It was both urp and PB. It happened again tonight. I just can't eat other than home, yet. I don't seem to know how to pick my dinner and amounts. Tomorrow is Soup and tummy rest!!!!

    what is pb i guess i dont really have the terms down?

    when was you band? i was 11/2007 i have only lost 32 pounds . i am going to get a fill on tuesday at least i think i will be getting one. i have realize band i have 8.1cc in a 10cc band so i am hoping that i get a fill. im not loosing three pounds maybe once a month.

  4. Hi, I have only lost 34 pounds since i was band in 11/2007.

    I don't measure my foods I just eat until my hungry goes away. some time i eat really fast then I start to foam. I don't drink with my meal nor do i drink soda. I eat meats and veggies. if there is some thing that I can eat really well I can eat more than a cup maybe 2 cups. but like I said I dont' measure my foods. I have a 10cc band with 8.1cc fill should I go and have another fill or what should I do. :biggrin:


  5. When I first started working out I was 330 lbs and I started on the elliptical too. I thought I would die after about 3 minutes too! I kept at it and eventually worked up to a full hour on the elliptical. It was hard to do, but I just kept adding a couple of minutes each time.

    Keep at it! It's hard, but it will get easier!!

  6. I eat a little something every two hours to keep my metabolism going. I try not to go over 1200 calories

    7:30- 12oz. vanilla soy milk

    9:30- 1 packet oatmeal w/ 4oz. Vanilla soy milk

    11:30- 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese

    1:30- 6 whole wheat mini bagel chips w/ 1 wedge of light laughing cow cheese

    3:30- 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt

    6:30- 1/4 cup red Beans w/

    1/4 cup shredded white meat chicken

    Total 1195 calories

    how much have you lost? when was you band.


  7. my husband likes to go out to eat all the time i tell him it does not help with my weigh loss . w hen i wont to go and work

    out he always has plans for us.

    he only likes veggies chicken salad and the place that he likes santa steak house mexican food, taco bell , mac donalds, chick fla ,long john's slivers,sonic. we eat at these places all the time. i want to eat home he tells me he hate my cooking so i really dont know what i am going to do. when i want to work out he gets made. i feel your

    pain sister.


  8. I have read about this a lot on this and other forums. There is mixed opinions about the Protein and Biotin helping. I am a hair dresser and I know beyond a doubt that Nioxin Shampoo and Scalp Therapy will stop the loss in 30 days. It will help your new hair grow in faster and it leaves your hair nice and full without any coating. Buy a big bottle of each (between 40 and 50 dollars) and your problems will be solved. And also don't be too obsessed with the fall out because stress increases it. Of course more Protein and Biotin won't hurt anything so if it were me, I would use all three. Best of luck!!!!!!
