Hello, my name is Ricka I am schedule to have the lap band surgery on 12/10/09. I am so excited about that I been married for 6 years. I been over weight for 8 years my OBGYN told me I have PCOS that why the weight gain she also recommend me to have this surgery. After doing my research I am super excited I tried so many different diets in the past and I know this one will work.
