  2. is it sad that I didn't have to worry about this at all? I came in at 41.9 BMI, just as my normal self. But being 5'2'' made it easier LOL
  3. Hey Mindi I'm starting my diet tomorrow as well. I've been trying to ease my way into it these past few days. I do not have a set surgery date yet, however the dr is confident that the insurance will approve this week and he says I can be in either the last week of Jan or the first week of Feb. He wants me on at least a 2 week liquid only diet, but he said 3 weeks couldn't hurt. Although in my mind i'm screaming THREE WEEKS!!! are you crazy? But I keep telling myself, I got to where I am because I ate what and when I wanted. I went to him for help, and I need to listen. I just have to keep telling myself that so I can get though this. It's a life style change so I gotta start somewhere
