  1. I have lost 32 pounds. I just started a exercise program, so I am hoping that will help. I having the hardest time with seeming like I am still able to eat and feel like I might be eating too much, even though I am not. I have had only one fill of 5cc's in a 14cc Realize Band. I am thinking that as I get more restriction, things will get better. I guess I just expected it to come off a lot quicker.
  2. I had my band surgery on 09/30/09 and feel that I am not losing like I thought I would, looking for support.:w00t:
