Hi there --- Your post about having been banded on November 9th came through my email but I cannot find it on here! I was banded November 3rd and have moved onto two ounces of protein per meal. My friend, with whom I had the surgery on the same day at the same hospital, and I are getting our first fill tomorrow. I believe we go back to soft foods for a while after that...I have to check the schedule they gave us. How are you doing?

Hello How are all the November 2009 Bandsters doing? I was banded on November 9th and doing pretty good. I am on the pureed/mushy stage. Anyone have any good ideas on what to eat? -

Hi there! I was banded on November 9th! I had to do clear liquids for the first 2 days and now I am on full liquids. My next appt with the doc is on Tuesday and I hope he tells me I can move to the next stage becuz I am starving. I also agree that the Sugar Free Hot Coco is the best! I mix it with the protein powder and it is great!! :bored:
