This is my story....I am 44 years old and have struggled for 25 years to maintain a decent weight. Then as I aged, I let stress, raising a family and work just over power my self control and ate to much for too long. Not an excuse but we all have our reasons. For me this is a chance to look forward to brighter days and get back to the self, that I know I am. I have read many stories on this site, so I know that I am not alone. I look forward to the journey and getting rid of this liquid diet, lol My surgery is in 3 days~
