  7. I am sorry to hear that you were denied for the lap band. I was denied the first time due some missing information. I started calling my insurance company every single day until most of the repres. became familiar with my voice. Don't give up because you are fighthing for your life and better way to live it. 11. How are you doing? I had my last fill over a month ago and I think I am going to schedule an appointment for another fill really soon. I don't want to be too tight but the holidays are coming and I don't want to gain. Thank God I have not experienced any weight gain in a while.

  13. I really didn't realized how much work having this band was going to be for me. Every single person is different but it was a lot of work and hard dedication to lose my weight. Sometimes my band was a friend and sometimes it was not. It's been an on going battle to have this band. However it's been worth it all!

  14. If I may, let me give you some words of wisdom about having a band. It's not an over night fix and your desired restrictions takes time. Most people have to work toward that green zone. When I first realized what my green zone was it was like this light that finally came on. It's realizing that you are full without the feeling of being over stuffed. (continued 1of 2)

  17. How are you doing? I am doing well. I have not been on the site for a while. I go for a possilbe fill tomorrow. My doctor has moved out of town and he only comes in my area twice a month. I am really not too happy with him being out of town in case something goes wrong, I will have to travel over 4hrs to see him. I will keep you updated with my visit tomorrow.

  21. as often as you can. Always remember every single person is so different and our bodies work very differently too. I think you are doing a great job so be provide of yourself!

  22. Sassy, there are times that the losing process will slow down, but it does not mean that your body is not making changes. Sometimes I will lose inches and the scale does not move for me, but my clothes fit really loose and different. You just have to learn how to look for others ways to measure your success. I work out faithfully and sometimes not so faithful. Overall, do what you can

  23. Thanks for visiting my page. Have you been banded yet?
