    They couldnt fill???

Does your doctor not have the fluro? It makes it so much easier to find your port and to fill
  5. I have an extreme fit program. It's almost just like the Wii but so much cheaper. It has all kinds of exercises on it including yoga. It also has arcade games. You can change up the exercises from day to day so you don't get bored with it.

When I reach my goal I will weigh 130 with a BMI of 23. I only have 37 more pounds to go to get to my goal weight
  9. Just had to share the good news with everyone! After 1 year 6 months I have finally done it! I have lost 100 pounds! I'm so excited. Only 37 more pounds to go till I reach my target weight! With my band, I know I can do it!!!!:cursing::thumbup::thumbup:
  10. I have finally found a doctor that is willing to give me hormone replacement medicine. I had a hysterectomy almost 10 yrs. ago. I know one of the side effects is weight gain and this is one of the reasons I dont really want to take this medicine. But, I know I need to take it so I do. I have only been on this medicine for a month now and I can already tell the difference it can make. I am not as moody, don't have hot flashes, and my sex life well it have actually come back to life. The bad thing is, I have gained a few pounds. I am constantly hungry since I have been on this medicine and I hate it. Does anyone know how to counteract this one side effect? If so, please, please, please tell me.

    Wii Fit Plus

I would love to have the Wii Fitness..but first I'd have to have a WII. Maybe with income tax, I can manage to by one since they aren't as expensive as they use to be. I hate to exercise, but have heard that the Wii can actually make it fun to exercise. Don't know if it is true or not, but anything is worth a try to get me back on the exercise train.
  12. I was told 1400 a day. 200 for b.fast 400 for lunch 500 for dinner 200 for beverages and 100 for a nightly snack. Sometimes I dont even come close to it and sometimes I go a little over it.
  13. Hey everyone. I thought I would post something today just to release my mind. I am having surgery tomorrow to remove scar tissue. I'm a little bit nervous but sure everything will go well. I had a complete hysterectomy 9 years ago and the scar tissue has built up to where I am having a lot of pain. Pain when I cough or sneeze standing up and (TMI maybe) during and after sex. The doctor seems to believe the scar tissue is what is causing it so he is going in to burn it off. Meanwhile, I am really hungry. I am starting to have the shakes and it's not feeling all that wonderful. I am on a pure liquid diet all day long. I have to drink a full bottle of Magnesium followed by 2 enemas starting at 3:00 slow time. I've been through this several times in the past and not once do I remember having to be on a pure liquid diet. Good news about the liquid diet...By the time this is said and done, I am looking at at least 2 maybe 3 days of not eating (I tend not to have any appetiate at all the day after any surgery), I will have lost a little more weight. I think between 5 and 10 pounds. I am asking that everyone that reads this thread to keep me in their prayers. I know the good Lord will be with me before during and after my surgery holding my hand. I have a wonderful Doctor (I've been going to him for 11 years now) and he has a wonderful staff. I feel a little more at ease knowing this. After all this is over and I have healed enough, I need to go get a fill. So much easier getting a fill than having to go through an operation.

    Full or Stuck?

I have found when I get full I get the hiccups and start having discomfort in my chest area

    Cereal?

If you want cereal, why not trying to eat it without milk. I like to have basic four every once in a while. Um sounds good right about now, may have the hubby go get me some in the a.m. I don't think it is high in calories and I know that it will stick with you for a while.
